Aiste Saint

No, it's not a statement about me. These daring words are name of a brand, based in the Fashion District in New York and they're currently working with a number of very creative and talented YouTube gurus and bloggers including me! Irresistible Me - a growing brand of 100% natural Remy clip-in hair extensions, hair accessories and hair tools.
So, I was offered to try one of Irresistible Me products and write a honest review. It was so hard to pick one but my choice was a professional curling wand. First what I'm going to do is to paste you brand's description about this curling iron and after that you can read my opinion about product since I already tested it.
"The Ruby curling iron is an innovative rotating barrel with auto recovery function that gives you perfect curls every time. The barrel is ceramic, fused with tourmaline to easily create silky, smooth curls. The diamond coating enhances its durability and heat transfer, unlike conventional ceramic irons. The tourmaline gemstone is a natural source of negative ions and far-infrared heat, which provides faster styling. Negative ions eliminate frizz and lock in moisture by closing the cuticle to create smooth, shiny hair. The temperature remains constant curl after curl, allowing you to work quickly, while attaining consistent results." Sounds great, right?
Starting from the beginning. I'm that type of person for whom no matter what it is, my breakfast, my notebook, outfit or a poster in the bus stop, it is very important the aesthetical look. So when my professional curling wand arrived, I was sooo excited when I saw the box! I admired it for 10 minutes maybe and only after that I opened my parcel.
Very soon my happiness was taken away because I saw the socket's plug. The original one didn't fit in any socket at my home, so I had to ask my dad's help to change the plug. It's a shame I can't show how looked the original plug because in the picture you see a new one. I don't know about situation in other European countries but here in Lithuania, you rarely find that type of socket where you can use original curling iron's plug. It needs to be changed and also it requires an additional expense.
Despite that, after few days I could use my new gadget successfully. You see, also, I'm that type of person who doesn't read instructions unless something is broken. It took me awhile to understand how that thing is supposed to work. Actually, it's not that difficult when you get it (or just save yourself some time and read the instructions first).
Many of you know that I study journalism so I know how publicity works. They can write anything because the aim is to sell. That's why I'm always so sceptical when it comes to descriptions of products. This curling iron wasn't an exception and I didn't have any expectations. Now I will tell you what I understand after using this curling wand.
At first, I was afraid to use it because I saw a video where young girl taught how to use something similar like this curling iron and she lost her hair. But after my inner struggle I found out that there is nothing to be afraid. Actually, it's soooo funny. All you have to do, is to pick one hank of your hair, press the hank's tips and just push buttons! If you want to curl your hair in the left, you push L button, if you want to curl your hair in the right - R button. It rotates automatically. It's perfect! I spent maybe 5 minutes to curl my hair.
Before this curling wand I styled my hair with flat iron. Curls with flat iron always get so messy and dry if I don't apply anything before curling. With this curling iron my curls are much more smooth and glossy. It's hard to believe how I lived without this "I'll do everything for you, darling" curling iron.

It's 2:25 am and you know what? After all day I still have my curls and I didn't even use a hairspray to protect them! I want to say thanks to Irresistible Me for this opportunity to try an amazing product. Glad to know that their words match their quality.

Congratulations! Spring is here! Well, at least in the calendar. I don't feel any spring's spirit at all because here in Lithuania the weather is sooo cold and everyone is sick around me. It seems like winter don't want to get out.
So, these past few weeks were really really tough for me. If I complained 4 months ago that my studies is literally knocking me down...well, now I can say, that was a warm hug compared to what is happening now. So please, don't be mad at me because I am really busy at this moment but I have a good news! I got a collaboration offer from one brand and I will present it to you guys very soon! So keep reading and take care!

Ok, guys. First of all, merry Christmas, happy New Year and wonderful Valentine's Day! Hope you had a great time during this winter, because I did not. I hate it! Too cold, too slippy, too dark and way too many my complaints.
This time I don't have any excuse for my laziness to write a blog. I had a whole month off of my studies and I actually done nothing. Well, except 4 seasons of 2 Broke Girls and 1 and a half of How To Get Away With Murder. But I have a feeling that most of you will understand me.
Since I done nothing special in my free time, I don't have much to tell you about my life, so I decided to show you some pictures that I've made with my BRAND NEW camera lens! Best Christmas gift ever! Love my parents to the moon and back.
I hope that my laziness won't attack me again for almost 4 months, so see you soon and take care!

I'm not sure is that post still exist on my blog or not, but few years ago I wrote how I love autumn evenings. Especially when it's with my cousin! I usually call her a sister because we are very close and my heart torn apart when she left my hometown and moved to Vilnius for studies. So that's why her comeback is such a celebration to me!
Few weeks ago we met in Klaipeda and had a wonderful time in my favorite café - Vaniles namai. If you ever visit this seaport town, don't forget to find this beautiful place with most delicious desserts in the world! Can't wait to visit my cousin in the capital on November! Promise lots of pictures from there for you guys!

P.S. Maybe you already noticed, but above my blog's logo now you can find a "PRESS" button. I invite you to check it out!

Hello my lovely readers! I can barely remember my last time on the blog but here I am now! How are you doing guys? I hope everything is alright.
I don't have a lot of news to tell you, but I can show you one thing of what I am really excited. I cut my hair! Now I don't have any problems to style it. It just looks naturally perfect. Hope my hair won't grow back quickly like it usually does...
Since september is gone with the last warm days, I want you to present an outfit from back then. In my last post I mentioned that I've got a black maxi dress from Oasap.com . To be honest, I didn't expect very much, I already have been accepted bad quality idea of the dress and so on, but what can I say? It's good. Actually it's very good! Well, the dress has got one disadvantage - it's too tight for me, even that I chose a little bit larger size than I usually wear.
So, I promise I'll try to write more often because I have so many things to show you guys! Keep reading and have a good week!

Can't believe it's autumn already! Time runs so fast and I definitely need to learn how to plan it because these past few weeks I'm a mess... University kicked me with all it's strength! Some of you may don't know but this year is my second course of journalism studies. And most exciting thing is that this year I have a spanish language lecture! Hope that I will be able to speak in spanish till summer...
Okay, enough about uni. In my last post I mentioned that I started to collaborate with few brands and I presented Soufeel. Now, it's time to introduce Oasap. It's a high street-fashion online store, founded in late 2011. They offering to their clients various kinds of women’s apparel, bags, shoes, jewellery accessories, beauty products, etc. Well, I have to admit that I am very sceptical about all these online stores because I saw hundreds of pictures with received clothes which look like a trash. I always feel so sorry about those people who suffer losses after that. But the great news is - Oasap is not that kind of store! I got two things from them: this khaki coat and black maxi dress which I'll show you next time. I was really surprised, because the quality of these clothes were pretty good actually. And pieces look exactly like in the pictures on their site. I am happy that not all online stores are trying to fool their clients.

I'm wearing:
Coat | Oasap
Jeans | VS Miss
Blouse | from thriftshop
Shoes | Deichmann
Bracelet | Soufeel
Backpack | from bazaar
